Ready to apply for Mobile Beacon’s 4G technology assistance program? You will need to get some information gathered before you begin our online application process below.
Before you start:
(1) Confirm eligibility by reviewing our eligibility requirements and verifying that your location falls in our coverage area.
(2) The online application process allows you to make payments for any requested products with your credit card. If you need to pay by check, you will need to fill out this application and return it to us by fax (401-934-0505) or email (grants@mobilebeacon.org).
(3) Gather background materials and other information needed to complete the application. Below is a quick checklist of the information and documents you will need.
