Pricing, Service & Devices
Length of Service. Mobile Beacon’s service plans are for a 12-month period beginning with the date the equipment was delivered. All approved activated products start with a 30-day trial of our service and devices.
Trial Period. All service begins with a 30-day trial, beginning with the day your equipment is delivered to you. If you wish to cancel your service, you must do so during the 30-day trial period.
Unlimited Plans. Unlimited plans subject to certain limitations described in CLEAR's Acceptable Use Policy.
Speed/Performance. Typical CLEAR download speeds are 3-6 Mbps with bursts over 10 Mbps. Any posted CLEAR download times are calculated proportionately by using (a) these average download speeds and (b) indicated file sizes for the specified audio/video download activities. Other carriers' performance based on their recently published claims. Actual CLEAR network performance may vary and is not guaranteed.
Coverage
Coverage Area. Mobile Beacon’s service is available only within the operating range of CLEAR’s 4G network. Visit our coverage page to check if your location has coverage, and for a list of cities where coverage is currently available. Service levels, features, performance, and availability in the coverage area may vary and are subject to change.
Coverage Maps. Coverage maps do not guarantee coverage, but rather approximate your anticipated coverage at a particular location. Certain parts of a residential or commercial structure, city, metropolitan area, or other geographic region may have limited or no coverage. Various factors (e.g., terrain, foliage, weather/atmospheric conditions, building structure/materials, network traffic congestion) may affect your actual coverage at a particular location at any given time.
