Mobile Beacon reserves the right to and may share to, Social Media certain Personal Information collected from you. “Social Media” means digital or internet platforms, in existence now or in the future, including, but not limited to, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn where media is shared in a public or semi-public manner. This information may include your first name, the name of your organization, and/or your images. We will obtain a separate authorization release and waiver from you if your name and image are featured.


With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?


Related Entities and Trusted Third Parties. We may share Personal Information collected through our Website with our current or future affiliates, subsidiaries, parent company, or related entities (the “EBSA Affiliates”), or with companies and organizations that perform services on our behalf, for example, companies that provide data management or other support services to us (such as data storage, web hosting, or email services). We will also share with the Service provider, T-Mobile, the information you provide when you complete your registration process online for the Services. From time to time we may offer sweepstakes, contests or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) on our Website which may be co-sponsored by a third party. The official rules for the applicable Promotion will disclose to you that your information will be shared, and you will have the opportunity to review the official rules before you register for any such Promotion. By entering or registering for a Promotion, you are deemed to have consented to the use and sharing of your Personal Information and other data as described in the Promotion’s official rules. We will not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes without your permission or consent (including deemed consent as noted above), except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Children’s Privacy


We recognize the importance of protecting children’s online privacy. Our Website is not intended for users under the age of 18, and we will not knowingly request Personal Information from, or market to children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, do not provide us with any Personal Information. We keep your Personal Information as long as you are utilizing our services. If you no longer subscribe to a Service, we still may need that information for business and legal requirements.
