In­ter­net avail­ab­il­ity has im­proved—three-fourths of adults earn­ing less than $30,000 per year now have ac­cess to the In­ter­net, count­ing those who use smart­phones, up from a third in 2000—but many more are un­der­served.

Court Grants Motion by Nonprofits and Sprint to Extend WIMAX Service Through March
