Position Summary:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Digital Marketing Specialist will grow Mobile Beacon’s reach, pipeline, and impact. You’ll manage our paid digital advertising and social media presence, drive lead generation and qualification, and deliver the data analytics that keep our marketing efforts sharp and accountable. You’re a storyteller at heart who knows how to translate mission-driven messaging into campaigns that convert, and you’re comfortable working cross-functionally with our Web Manager, Graphic Designer, and outside agencies to make it happen.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across Google, Linkedln, and Meta, with a focus on driving conversions and measurable ROI.
    Manage Mobile Beacon’s social media presence, developing content calendars, crafting posts, and engaging audiences across platforms
  • Own lead generation and qualification workflows in HubSpot, including campaign tracking, list segmentation, lead scoring, and pipeline reporting.
  • Develop and communicate creative storytelling that connects Mobile Beacon’s mission to the needs of target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Web Manager, Graphic Designer, and outside agencies to ensure campaign assets, landing pages, brand, and messaging are aligned and effective.
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and platform -native dashboards; translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve campaign efficiency through AI tools, automation,  and workflow optimization.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on responsibility for paid advertising and social media.
  • Demonstrated HubSpot proficiency-CRM, marketing hub, workflows, and reporting (certifications a plus).
  • Proven experience managing ad campaigns on Google (Search/Display), Linkedln, and Meta, including budget management and performance optimization.
  • Strong data analytics skills; ability to build reports, interpret performance trends, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Excellent storytelling and copywriting instincts, with the ability to adapt voice and messaging for different audiences and channels.
  • Experience working with creative and web teams and /or outside agencies to produce and deploy campaign assets.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
  • Comfort working independently and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a lean environment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Work environment is an office environment.
  • Must be able to sit at a workstation, concentrating on viewing computer screens for extended periods.
  • High utilization of office equipment, phone, computer, video conferencing, etc.
