How it helps:
With our $10/month, unlimited Internet service and 4G LTE device donation program through TechSoup, nonprofits can significantly lower their connectivity costs. It’s a great opportunity for nonprofits who:
- Lack traditional Internet access, or suffer from slow speeds/bandwidth constraints
- Creating a hotspot lending program within their community
- Need a low-cost backup Internet source
- Want to provide field-based staff with mobile Internet access
What you get:
Qualified organizations can receive up to 11 donated 4G LTE mobile hotspots through our TechSoup donation program. TechSoup charges a nominal administrative fee for each device, currently at $15/per device. Library systems are eligible to receive up to 11 devices per branch.
How to Apply:
In order to apply for Mobile Beacon’s product donation offering on TechSoup.org, you must register your organization with TechSoup and confirm eligibility. Once you are registered and verified your organization qualifies for Mobile Beacon’s donation, follow the easy steps below to request your donation.
Steps to Request Your Donation
Visit TechSoup.org/mobile-beacon and add the Mobile Beacon offering you would like to request to your shopping cart. You may choose any number up to 11 devices.
Complete the checkout process with TechSoup. Please note: there is an administrative fee payable to TechSoup to participate in these programs.
Once TechSoup confirms your eligibility, you will receive an email with a unique promotion code and instructions on how to order the donated device(s) and related 4G service using Mobile Beacon’s online order form.
Complete Mobile Beacon’s online order form to order the devices. Don’t forget to enter the promotion code you receive from your TechSoup fulfillment email to ensure you get the discounted rate.
