Mobile Beacon is now operating on the T-Mobile network, which gives our customers access to twice as much coverage as the legacy Sprint LTE network and increased capacity. Mobile Beacon is working closely with T-Mobile during the network migration rollout to protect you. Our customers are our top priority during this transition. 

To experience the full benefits of this transition and new network Mobile Beacon is offering FREE solutions to upgrade your current device(s). We are reaching out directly to customers based on who will be affected first by any network transitions. However, we wanted to provide all of our customers with the most up-to-date information regarding the status of their current device(s) in the transition.

On Page 2, order only the number of you need to replace your device(s).

On the final page include the serial number of each device(s) you wish to upgrade. The serial number can be found on the box of the device or on the sticker underneath the battery.

Submit and Mobile Beacon will take care of the rest! Upgraded devices will begin shipping on a first-come, first-served basis.

The following device(s) are not eligibile for an upgrade:

We are currently rolling out device replacement programs to offer our customers a free device replacement [or SIM card swap] for eligible devices. We are working closely with T-Mobile to identify customers who have network changes occurring in their area first, but we will be working to fully migrate all of our customers within the first half of 2022.
