Help is available for those who cannot afford personal computers

Families and individuals in need of a computer who cannot afford one have some help available through the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County.

The Bridging the Gap program, a partnership of PCs for People and Mobile Beacon, is available through the library system.

Refurbished computers and unlimited high-speed internet as low as $15 a month is available.
