This just in! The 2013 eNonprofit Benchmarks Study. Examining fundraising, response rates, average gift amounts, email click-through rates and other factors, this study helps to set benchmarks by which nonprofits can measure their online performance. The infographic below reflects the 2012 study, based on data collected from 55 nonprofit study partners. It sites some really encouraging news, but… well see for yourself.
